I have a 07 suburban and think it was
struck by lightning the headlights won't
bright or dim. No turn signal and hood
open is on when hood is shut. Could it be
the flasher bad. Thanks

I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood. Also make sure all relays are properly plugged in and seated.
