07 tahoe has spark and fuel but want start

Need help my mechanic is stomped by my 07
Chevy tahoe, plugs changed, fuel pump fine, new
key programmed, can get truck to start after
several minutes of turning the key, truck will crank
all day then the next morning the same issue
