2007 Trailblazer misfires after tune up

We took our trailblazer to a mechanic for a
tune up and now it misfires and seems like
it's running on 3 or 4 cylinders not 6. Any
suggestions?

Return to the service center that performed the work and have this corrected. No one should release a misfiring vehicle to a customer.

It's very easy not to sit the coils correctly back onto the plugs. Triple check them, listen and feel for the click as you're re-positioning them.
