How many u joints does my vehicle have

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My u joints need to be replaced clunking when
shifting from park to reverse or drive and any other
gear to the other and makes my whole trailblazer
rock when shifting.How many u joints are on my
trailblazer and is the driveline simple to remove
and reinstall. I've never removed a driveline or
replaced u joints it's all new to me.

It would have 2 unless you have a 2 piece driveshaft. All you have to do is get down there and look.
