Hi, my suv not blowing Cold air while
driving slow or stopped at the signal
but it's blowing cold air while driving
more than 40mph

I BELIEVE there is a TSB for this. Required a software upgrade, which is like $100 to do at the dealer. Check that out, it IS a known issue that can be solved.

Technical Service Bulletin. In Kuwait, I don't know. Can't do it online, gotta have a service shop that has the ability to upgrade GM's software.
I found one of the TSB's, there are more if I recall. Bulletin No.: 06-06-02-003 One other thing..... IF your engine is running hot, or you're losing coolant, the computer will shut the A/C off with a thermal switch. So when you get up to a certain speed, the fan will cool it down and AC will start working again. I've had that problem myself. But, I still need to update software in mine to fix it permanently.
