Some GM seats are held with two bolts in the rear. Remove two bolts and tip the seat forward to get to the bottom. You can tip it further if you remove the headrest.

I just took my passenger seat out to repair heat/cool seats. I started by removing the 2 trim covers on the back floor. I used a stiff putty knife and gently lifted the inside edges of these to expose the two #50 torques bolts that hold the seat to the floor. Next I removed a corner that exposed the seat belt #50 torques bolt. These bolts were very tight and I used a cheater bar to help loosen them. Next removed the head rest raising it up to expose a pin sized hole in the left rod trim using a paper clip to push in while raising the rest and it came right out. Remove 2 front trim pieces at the floor, unplug 1 large cannon plug and another small yellow one in front under seat, slip a bracket that holds the wire harness off the bar under the seat and with a helper, lift the back of the sear and pull the front up and our of the floor bracket. Turn seat on its sideun the floor and begin.
