Overheating/cooling fans

I have a 2007 dodge
charger 3.5 v6 I got just
over two years ago for
my son's mom in the
two years I don't believe
that the cooling fans
have ever turned on I
can hear the relays
telling them to  but they
don't in the two years
we've never had a
overheating problem
until recently. Change
thermostat and cooling
fans the new fans still
don't turn on... any
idea's

I would bypass all the electrical and run wires directly from the battery to test the fan motors themselves
