Well the 5.7 hemi would be the most desirable engine, from a resale standpoint. The 2.7 would be a grocery-getter. However with that many miles I would have it thoroughly checked out by a mechanic and insist on have all maintenance records. If no maintenance records exist then chances are too high it was not reliably maintained.

I have a 2000 Concorde with a 2.7 engine. Running strong with 227,000 miles. Mobil 1 oil since day 2. Transmission no work done to it either besides 3 fluid changes. Early 5.7s had valve seats fail, causing warrantry issues. This has been resolved in later 5.7 hemi engines. Don't know what year design change was made regarding this issue.

I would not get the 2.7 engine. Have had many of these come through shop. Even the new ones have issues too early in their lives.
