Charger wont start

I plugged my car up and it said I needed a new manifold
running valve I replace it but now it just crank and wont
start  I need help really dont want to get rid of my car

Ok I have scan and it says Mill off Cat not ready Hcm n/a Evap not ready 2air n/a A/c n/a O2s not ready Ho2s not ready Egr not ready How can i fix this
