Any time it’s over 75 and sunny my car has
issues starting. I will have to roll down all
windows and some times even pop my hood
wait for a few minuets if it wasn’t to hot and
there was a breeze or wait up to 30 minuets
is its really hot and I’m in a hot parking lot.

Without having any information about "not starting" . I would almost gaurantee it is an electrical issue. If it is cranking over you need to see if it is losing spark or fuel. Possible crank sensor. Or bad relay. These are just guesses. You could also scan for codes to see if there are any stored or history codes to help diagnose.

I had the codes scanned, tech stated we he needed the car to be having the issue to diagnose. Car would never have no start issue while with tech. Tech also switched switch starter relay with fan relay, but this did not fix problem.
