Take it back and have them look at it. Maybe they left something loose.

michaelc61- Just curious, how many miles were on the 2007 when your head gaskets failed? And, did you ask them to use the newly designed multi layered head gaskets? Any work done on the cooling system? Good luck.

150,000, don't know about the cooling system, i just don't want to drive it if it is a loose bolt at the flange at the torque converter, i can tighten it up before i bring it back, 30 mile drive. thank you for for info.

michaelc61- I can't imagine how you would have a problem just driving conservatively for 30 miles, although, if you are really worried about it, and have AAA , you could get the car towed back to garage. 150,000 miles, that's excellent service, kinda hard to complain about that. Yes, here's some information about the multi layered head gaskets, they're much better than the original. The new gaskets were first introduced on the 2010 models. https://allwheeldriveauto.com/six-star-subaru-head-gasket-kits/
