just purchased a 1994 camaro and cannot figure out how to turn on the bright headlights!! help please

there could be a foot pedal, check on firewall/ floor to the left.

pull back on the turn signal stalk until it clicks- you will see a high beam indicator light up on the dash- pull back again to return to low beams.
