Do a compression check, if only one cylinder is low you may have a bad valve in which case you need to do a leakdown test on that cylinder to find the leak. If all cylinders are low you may have jumped timing. Have you checked for fuel and spark yet? If so what are the results?

Just because you've changed those parts doesnt mean fuel is making it into the cylinders and that spark is good. To test for fuel crank the engine over for a few seconds then pull a plug or 2 and check to see of they're wet. To test for spark pull one spark plug at a time, but it into the boot and rest the plug end on a clean bolt or piece of metal on the engine, while someone cranks it look at the color of spark (yellow/orange is weak and blue/white is good)
