Window motor 07 ford fusion

Asked by Jmstanley88 Jun 10, 2017 at 03:54 PM about the 2007 Ford Fusion SE V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The motor itself turns correctly when down switch is
pushed but doesn't move at all when up switch is
pushed. Tried a new motor and same thing
occurred. Could this be a wiring issue or can a bad
regulator cause a good motor to not turn in one
direction?
