Which car to sell?

I have a Jeep liberty limited 2004 with 121K miles. Its been very good to me
until the engine died, it was replaced with a newer used engine with 40K
miles (no proof of that though, still waiting for the mechanic to give me some
kind of paper work), It has a new radiator, water pump was changed last
year, AC compressor changed last year but will need new tires in less than a
year, will also need new brake soon. The mechanic took 6 months to find an
engine and replace it, i am not sure if he did other damage in there. Its been
driving really well for the past months.

Now, i also have a Ford Fusion SEL with 108K miles. This car has given me
so many problems. The car was flooded, only the engine area and some
water in the driver and passenger side. However the insurance added a new
engine and changed everything, that was 5 yrs ago, transmission went bad
2 yrs ago, its been changed. It has brand new tire on it, i suspect it will need
new read brake pads and rotors and new battery soon (seems weak on
start). Every now and then recently i see the airbag light comes on. When its
really cold the engine light comes on and the car won't want to pass
3000rpm but that happens very rarely and when i turn the car on and off its
fine.

Which car should I sell, i need to sell one of them?

I really like the jeep but i worry the engine that the mechanic put it might go
bad again who knows, on the other hand a lot of things were changed in
there. Its a mechanic that i trust and have been going for 5 yrs however he
lost a lot of money trying to fix the jeep and had a lot of family issues i have
a feeling he just fixed it in not the best way possible and gave it to me. I
would appreciate your input?
