'07 Lucerne won't start (won;t turn over at all). Car not responsive to remote. New battery. Where to start

Try jump starting it. Make sure the battery terminals and cable ends are clean and tight.

My 06 buick lucerne won't start. I parked disconnect the battery connected it back and went to start it will not start the anti theft light was blinking. So i held the aux for 3 min on remote starter and hit unlock 2 times waited 10 min then hit unlock again. Now the anti theft light is no longer blinking but i still cannot start my car with key or from remote starter
