My fans either one will not come on until
coolant reaches 234º. Buick says  the first
one it's supposed to come on at 202
degrees the second one is supposed to
come on at 220 degrees neither one come
on until 234 degrees and I've already
replaced the sensor twice

You have three cooling fan relays. cool fan, cool fan 1 and cool fan 2... cool fan needs to be a 5 pin relay or you low speed mode will not work which powers up both fans in series(6volts apiece)... when the computer enables high speed mode it activates cool fan 1 and cool fan 2 whoch puts each fan on its own individual power and ground(full 12 volts)
