I've been told the engine block is seeping and will soon need major repair. How much is
major repair for the engine block? And how long will it last?

Have you noticed any leaks anywhere? If not then it sounds like someone is trying to get into your pocketbook

I do have a redish fluid about the size of a dime. It appears 2-3 times daily right above the water puddle left by air conditioner.
