more than likely your wiper motor is going - suggest taking to a dealership to check motor or computer relay/diagnose

Buick is a good car but yes fuel pump was supposed to have gone out 6 months after I purchased it. I had full coverage insurance. Well apparently, Swope dealer downsized my insurance. No kidding. I even went to see the main man in person over this so he would fix it. No help. I had to pay for the repair they diagnosed. After I got upset took it to another dealer they replaced the fuel pump. It still wouldn't work. it was a fuse. So, I ended up paying around 1500 out of my pocked for a car I had expensive insurance of 2500 on for one year. They really took my money and didn't cover the insurance. I know this because I called company, they even sent me copy of the document where they copied and paste my signature. They thought I had downgraded my insurance. I hadn't. I expect they kept part of that money. I don't trust any of them in person or online. The car was in the shop 2 months for one thing then another for first 6 months I bought it. They kept it 2 weeks once and put an extra 800 miles on it. Horrible don't buy from Swope for sure In Etown Ky. Avoid them. I heard another lady got done this way too. I wish you good luck. Also check for wrecks. I am sure mine was in a wreck. Of course they didn't put in on the car fax. They fixed it internally since they drive them home. I say this because I have noted problems, and the replaced parts don't match on the driver's side door. The door had a small dent in it when I purchased it. They did fix it. But believe it was from a previous wreck. So, I would check that too. Its all about reputation an honest one. It's hard to find out online. Good luck.
