Edmunds.com, kelleybluebook.com, nadaguides.com, NADA is based more on dealer pricing so that might give you a more accurate picture of trade in value. But keep in mind they won't give you near what a private buyer would, so you might want to consider selling it privately, and using that money toward your new purchase.
