whinning or bussing sound coming from front end, not trans, or alternator, had them checked.

mostly hear the sound at lower speeds when cold, does not do the same all the time, changed the serpentine belt but did not help, all pulley check ok. can sometime hear the noise when parked & rpm up a little.
