It is possible, but in modern cars with all the electronics you would need to change the engine control module ECM that goes with the engine. You really need to look at the total cost of the conversion......the 4.6 Northstar engine was also used in Cadillacs and there are lots of them in salvage yards. If it were mine, I would look for a later model Cadillac and the swap should be pretty easy.
