Unfortunately, if the transmission fluid level is full you probably have an internal problem with the transmission. There is a pump and valve body inside the automatic transmission that controls the gears. Did it stop working all of a sudden or has it been slipping lately?

I was driving my 2006 buick lacern and it was driving fine but when I stopped at a store sign then proceeded to drive it just locked up. It wouldn't go forward or backwards. A guy tried to push it while in neutral and it still wouldn't move. Had to tow it. Its a v6 2 wheel drive
