My 1998 Chrysler town and country
overheats the mechanic said he put
electricity to the fence and it popped on
when he removed it the fan went off does
this mean I have a issue with the relay or
fuses

If the fan works when power is put directly to it then there is a problem with the wiring, fuse, relay or temperature sensor.
