For which one? Emergency one is to the driver's side of the steering column, and the turning signal is on the passenger's side of the steering column.

turn signal, is it strapped to the column? is it above the gas pedal? Do you need to remove the under-dash plastic casing?

The fuse box next to all the other fuses.
