why does one highbeam work and one doesnt? where is the relay located?

I believe you have a burned out bulb. The bulb is easily replaced by lifting the hood and unhooking the bulb socket from behind housing. Good luck.

it is a normal thing for the car i had one that did the same thing. it is a electrical harness problem it is not worth fixing you have to take out all of your interior to find out which harness it is
