I bought used 2007 azera w/ 10,000 miles. it gets 13 miles to gallon around town; dealer says nothing they can do? Tire pressure right, not a lead foot? Any thoughts

Something's wrong. I have the 2007 Azera Limited and I'm getting 20 +- around town, almost 30 OTR.
