My 2007 FJ cruisers steering wheel shakes some when I get the speed up to 60 mph. Is this an alignment issue?

is ti only at 60 mph? any shaking before or after 60? if the shaking comes on at certain speeds and then goes away at other speeds....have your wheels balanced.

My 2007 FJ did exactly the same thing. Freeman Toyota in Fort Worth TX asked me if the shaking was only at certain speeds. I said it was and they said it was most likely a tire balance issue. They did a type of balancing of the tires called. 'Road Force Balance". It cost about $159.00 which seemed high until I got my FJ back and it drives like it is new with over 100K miles. Hope this helps you.
