Speeding up BEEPING noise?

Hello-
I have a 2007 VW Jetta 2.5L. Among all of the problems I have had recently with my
car, this is a new one. Every now and then when slowing down or coming to a stop.. I
hear this faint beeping noise. It starts off slow and then speeds up faster and faster...
and then... Nothing happens? If I were listening to my radio I wouldn't be able to hear it.
Now, one of the other most recent issues I have had is my car will stall out
(simultaneously) if i come to a stop or if I am idling really low... I figured I should
include that in case they have anything to do with each other?! Any insight or help with
this issue would be helpful!!!

I heard the same thing, from the rear, for several months. I forgot all about it untill tonight. It was different, tho. It sounded like a knock, like the motor knocking, but it was very faint and then the beepin started. So weird.
