1994 Chevy cavalier

I had just bought this cheap car it was running rough as hell like it had a bad plug or something I was driving down the road when it just quit on me so I pulled the plugs an one was fouled out so I replaced it still nothing so I changed the coil Pac now all the plugs are firing but still nothing  wat else could it be besides the timing belt ?

May be the EGR like Bob suggest, also change out the fuel filter and have the fuel pressure checked. May be running low, or may be a bad fuel regulator also.
