2007 dodge magnum

Went to my grandson graduation and it was
pouring rain. Went through several flooded areas,
now I can't get the car to start or stay running. I
just put a new fuel pump in it.

I had this happen two years ago to my favorite car. I kept trying to fix it and ended up hydro locking it. I would suggest that you take it to a mechanic. Hydro lock is basically a new car.
