Tire pressure indicator light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2007 Durango that randomly lights the dash indicator with a low tire pressure indcation; all tires are properly inflated and the light will go out after the key is turned off and then restarted and driven for a few miles. Any ideas? I understand their is a service bulleting for this but can't find any info.

there is a thing inside the tire called a tpms -tire pressure monitor system- i have a 2008 dodge nitro had the same problem they had to be rebuilt wasn't that much money to do but it fixed the problem.. good luck hope i was able to help
I have a 2007 durango limited with the same problem (among other issues including severe rusting) with only 70k miles. This is my second (and last dodge). Too bad, it has all the bells & whistles at a good price but with impending chronic issues, I've had it with Mopar!

I have the same issue two days after buying it. Each tire has a sensor in it, the tire guy here told me two are dead and 2 working. It cost $40-65 for each sensor to be replaced.
My 2006 has the same issue which began when I needed to boost it during a cold snap. Funny considering it doesn’t have the TPM system in the wheels. Also has the lift gate light and chime issue which is common. I’m wondering if a battery change would fix it. I have replaced the battery before with no problem at all.
