Hi everyone, I have question for you. Few days back I saw a car in craigslist, and proceeded with the next process of buying it replying to the owner. The owner says that car is in some X location and if you like it you need to pay the amount via eBay as a mediator. I just want to know is it safe to buy a car through this process??

Man, if you have to ask- CL is "buyer beware" also used car lots, private owners, cars parked with others in the public right of way, etc. etc. I have had luck, but I have lived a charmed life-

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR OFF CRAIGSLIST, A YOUNG MAN BOUGHT A STOLEN CAR AND POLICE CONFISCATED THE CAR, HE LOST THE ONLY 2500.00 HE HAD.
