Can I add a navigation system that will work on the existing screen 2007 Nissan Quest

Is there a third party or something out there to
make this navigation system work on the orginal screen.

I would contact Nissan to see who produces their OEM navigation software. Then you should be able to find the software direct from the mfg. and use it in your vehicle. Most OEM navigation software packages are actually done by outside vendors.
