Smashed my 2007 windshield and I'm wondering if my 1999 Malibu windshield
will fit on it?

Seriously? Windshields are body specific. There is No way a windshield from another manufacturer or body style, fit on another vehicle. Contact an auto glass shop to get another installed. Probably around $300. Removing and installing one takes skill and the right sealant as a windshield is integral to the integrity to the vehicles body.
