A/C starts intermittently or @ high speeds only.

My wife's Nissan sentra a/c is acting up.
After ignition and starting vehicle a/c will
sometimes work, sometimes not. If it
doesn't come out when car starts  she has
to drive at high speeds, a/c will come on
slowly, then full force or to dial setting. She
has already replaced blower, that wasn't it.

Could it be blower relay?

Why would this happen?

If it was the relay, resistor or fuse, then the issue would be on-off. I would suggest trying a third blower motor. Maybe the replacement one has also an issue.

Thank you much! I replaced the motor, and it is working now! ( I did it myself too!.... wow so many pieces to take apart. You think theyd make it easier!)
