2007 Nissan Sentra won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
The battery is strong and is turning the motor over fine, but it will not start. My guess is that it is either the distributor or fuel pump. How can I check it out? Sentra 2.5

Check for fire at plug, this will rule out firing issue,if it has fire ,than it is fuel related, check fuse,s then fuel relay, filter then, pump.

you should be able to hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the on position, but if not, try this. have someone crank the engine while you spray carb cleaner into the intake. if it fires with the fluid, then you are not getting fuel. also, it would be a good idea to have the computer scanned for codes and the fuel pressure checked. If it doesnt fire, then it is probably a spark related issue. good luck.
