My 1994 chevy suburban keeps dying out and it is losing alot of power

When I drive it loses power especially when I'm going
up hill than when I come to a stop it completely dies
out what should I do?

the first thing that i would check would be your fuel pressure by the injector. Since you have a TBI system, it should be around 40 PSI(?). Look up the specs. if it is too low the symptoms you are describing will happen.
