Stretch it out all directions and see if there is any plug in for it.

Looks like it has not been plugged up in a long time.

Is that the original cooling fan? Is there anything not installed or missing or changed from stock form?

No it's all original and always runs like new it's been unplugged for at least 2 years since I've had the car. Also no dash lights everything works but my fog lamps they need bulbs

there should two cooling fans - left + right. If both have connections, your best bet is to find another camero and just compare where that plug is. Maybe search craigslist to find one for sale locally and go to check it out.

Also may look at sites like rockauto for plug replacement parts connectors to see which is the same and what it is to go to and then check yours for that.
