Where is the fuse for the horn on a 1998 Buick Lasabre

The horn started blowing and won't shut off. I disconnected the batt. I need
to take out the fuse until I get it fixed.

You can download a copy of the owner's manual here: http://www.manuals365.com/download/buick/1998_buick_lesabre_owners.html According to the manual, there are additional fuses located in the relay center on the passenger side below the instrument panel. Fuse #3 is for the horns.
