Fuse location

I need to know what exact spot the fuse goes into for the power windows.  I
know its on the back of the interior fuse panel but I dont know the exact spot.

    The low coolant light keeps going on and off. coolant is at normal level. Also noticed that the driver side speaker is not working could this be a blown fuse?
