I have a 07 grandprix. Base v6 3.8L

On my 2007 grandprix im having jerking
problems. With it just got a tune up and had  
cylinder 1 hole rethreading when i got my
tune up and everysince i got my tune up my
car has been jerkin every time i get ready to
take off and when i go like 35 mph then.
Slow down it jerks and it jerks when i go up
and down hills what could this be on my car  
cant afford a new car im living in a motel so
trynna find a solution

I have a feeling one of your plugs is no good, since you hust had a tune up, these will need to be checked
