Possible electrical issues

My grand prix will sometimes not start
like battery is dead absolutely no
power at key no accessories or interior
lights boost it startz right up when
driving the heater fan will slow down
an speed up is this a battery issue or
altenator issue or something else

Don't replace anything until you find the problem. Have the battery load tested. If it fails replace it. Have the alternator tested at the same time if you can. If they are both OK move on. Check that all connections are tight at the battery and check that all the grounds (there are several) are clean and tight. While it could be other things, if you cover all those bases first you'll likely find the problem.

I had this happen to my 1995 Grand Prix. It ended up being a 5 amp fuse to the starter motor.
