Location of fuel cut off button/switch

I'm not sure if that is the part to that's stopping my
car from running on not but I also can't find it in order
to fix it.

I've checked all the fuses and relays, they seem to be good. All wires are hooked up and nothing has any resistance.

It's weird because I did the head gaskets, now it's doing this. I get in the car turn the key it cranks and cranks but it won't start, it's getting no fuel to the injectors but it's getting fuel at the rail. And I'm only getting spark half of the time. When I turn the key off and pull it and it still horn also honks at me.
