My 2007 Jeep wrangler X has an O and a picture of a gieko or lizard on it. What does that mean?

Did you check your owners manual and look at the instrument cluster? Is this vehicle sold in the US? If so, I just looked at your owners manual and I didn't see anything that looked like a lizard? If you don't have an owners manual go to mopar.com Add a vehicle, Year--make--model, I found it there.

Both of these "decals" have no baring or reference to the jeep brand. Merely the previous owners lame attempt to sticker the jeep and nothing more. But if you like the "0" and Gieko on the jeep, then by all mean keep it.. If not you should try hair dryer to soften the decal and simply peal away from the body then use goo gone or even WD40 to clean away any left over residue.
The 'X' is the model of the Jeep.
if it's a sexy looking female lizard leaning against a pole or wall, you might want to get rid of it. that's a lot lizard.
Fun New Easter Eggs Jeep has been hiding Easter eggs on its vehicles for a few years, and owners always have a fun time searching out these small nods to the company’s heritage. The 2017 Jeep Compass is no exception, and it even adds a few new ones for drivers to find. There’s a Loch Ness Monster on the bottom of a rear window, a snake on the rear glass, and a molded-plastic gecko under the windshield, just to name a few

The name "Jeep" above my grill has a capital P. The logo looks like--JeeP--does anyone else have this?
