Can I put tires and wheels from a 2013 jeep wrangler on a 2006 Jeep Wrangler. They are the stock ones.

No. The lugs between the TJ (06) and the JK (13) are different. There are adapters you can buy that will allow them to fit. Expect to spend $200 for a set of four.
