your over do by one year take it in and also have the lower hose checked and replaced if recommended

the waterpump will start dripping from the weep hole at the base of the input shaft indicating that you need a new waterpump...probably after 60,000 and new timing chain or belt too~ hoses like my pal TPD says and accessory belt as well~

Absolutely flush and replace with Volvo coolant and distilled water. The timing belt service is due around 80k mi you can replace pump belt and tensioners then if pump isn't failing now
