What is this secondary winning noise coming from my engine bay?

Hello, for about 2 weeks now I've been hearing a loud winning noise (similar
to the sound of a supercharger) coming from my engine bay. The sound
fluctuates, growing louder, the faster the car goes. Therefore, the car can be
coasting with no throttle applied and I can still hear the secondary noise. I
thought at first it was my air filters (I have a Stillen Gen 2 long cold air intake
as well as a Stillen Cat Back exhaust). But last week I cleaned and
recharged the filters and had a tune up done. I don't think its the power
steering pump because when I turn the wheel, it has no connection with the
sound I'm hearing. I'm thinking it may be the belts or something in that
region. I also have 216K on the Ol' Girl, but she shows no sign of fatigue, lol!

Ed92626 Thank you for that good advice. It’s been over 100K miles since I had the belt changed so I’m sure it’s due. I’m going to take a closer look at it.
