2007 Mitsubish Eclipse Spyder

Hello everyone, first time on here. My girlfriend had the top replaced with new. since replacing top has never opened. The light on the consol is always flashing. Beeping sound comes on when first moving and always after that. Took it back to the place that put the new top on, the say dont know!! Any and all ideas or comments are welcome

Hi, I have a 2007 Spyder I purchased a year ago. After opening and closing the light came on. Come to find out, the latch was not secure and it was trying to latch behind the connect. Now when I open/close I ensure that the latch is in the correct position. Yes, it was embarrassing at the dealership. Hope this helps.
