how do i get to the thermostat on my 2007 mitsubishi galant es

Follow the radiator hose back to the engine it will be under that part its connected to just pull the 2 bolts/nuts and its underneath. now replacing it if it was sealed with a rubber gasket than check if its ok . A new one may come with the thermostat but most likely not. If it had red high temp gasket sealant you'll need to scrap that off get a small tube of it and make a new seal with it.
